Many people don’t realize that it’s easy to copy Blu Ray movies to DVD discs if you have a good converter.  Also, many don’t suspect that you can retain the same HD quality found on Blu Ray discs on the copied DVD discs.  This is done by a new movie format called AVCHD which is a container that holds the audio and video streams from the original disc. When your burn this format to a DVD it can be played back on Blu Ray players including PS3 systems.
